Leslie Carter-Prall joined Regions in 1991 and oversees all business groups in the Indiana Area, including commercial offices in Chicago and Cincinnati. Regions is a top U.S. bank-holding company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, with  $125 billion in assets, operating approximately 1,500 banking offices in 15 states.

Carter-Prall’s industry expertise spans more than two decades and includes experience in the areas of retail operations, sales, marketing and training, branch management and commercial management. Prior to serving in her current capacity as Area President, Leslie served as Area Wealth Executive for Private Wealth Management over Indiana and Illinois. She also served as Consumer Banking Executive, Director for Consumer/Mortgage/Private Banking, and Treasury Management.She has led change initiatives of bank mergers and acquisitions throughout her career.

Carter-Prall is actively engaged in the Indianapolis not-for-profit and educational community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce,

500 Festival, and Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and is a board member and past president of the Little Red Door Cancer Agency.  She is also a past president of the Kelley School of Business Alumni Association and a former board member with Junior Achievement of Central Indiana and the Indiana Repertory Theatre. She has been recognized as one of Indy’s “Best and Brightest” in the Financial Services Industry in 2005 and was honored as one of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” in 2003 and “Women of Influence” in 2014.   

Carter-Prall is a native of Scottsburg, Indiana, and a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, Indiana.  She lives in Carmel, Indiana with her husband Mark and her two children, Anna and Luke.  She enjoys playing golf, snow skiing and spending time with family and friends.
