To register your delegates for the 2018 National Student Leadership Academy:

  2. Enter your delegates names and information in the provided cells. Also indicate how many delegates are attending.
  3. Save the excel file to your computer.
  4. Upload the completed form below.

All cancellations must be must be made in writing to bobby.crandall prior to October 15. Cancellations received after this date will not be accepted.
