JAG Employer Engagement partners have the benefit to meet and work with Specialists, who are compassionate, empathetic, Trauma-Informed professionals. JAG Specialists work with JAG students and their present situations, empowering them so they are solutions-oriented and equipped with essential employability skills. Our Employer partners see these skillsets on display through various activities – from classroom visits, to hosting students in their offices, to co-creating Project Based Learning modules that develop JAG participants’ skillsets while solving community and business problems.
This work continues in our new world where social distancing is required to keep us safe. JAG and its partners quickly pivoted to virtual engagement, as required, and will also operate in person engagement as allowed in the fall.
