As the Director of Education, Jenn oversees the research, creation, coordination, implementation and reporting of educational initiatives across the JAG program applications. Her primary focus is the creation of a virtual program application of the JAG Model.
Jenn is currently enrolled as a doctoral student in Instructional Design and Performance Technology through Baker University. She received her M.A. in Public Administration from Drake University and her B.A. and A.A. in Business from AIB College of Business.
Previously, Jenn was a Program Director for Upward Bound at Simpson College in Indianola, IA. Upward Bound is a TRIO program funded by the U.S. Department of Education to provide support to high school participants as they prepare for college. Eligible participants are classified as low-income and/or who will be a first-generation college student. Jenn coordinated academic supports and tutoring, mentoring, cultural enrichment activities, career exploration, college visits, financial literacy and much more as the Program Director.
Before returning to JAG full-time in 2020, Jenn worked as a Program Manager for state affiliate, iJAG, until 2017 and has been aiding through occasional contracted projects in the interim.
Jenn brings JAG experience with Project-Based Learning and Employer Engagement, as well as application in a College classroom. Jenn was a College Professor in the Business Administration Department teaching mainly marketing, sales, management, and leadership courses. Jenn served as co-chair to the Assessment Committee, Advisor to the Student Government Association, Faculty member for the Learning Objectives and Compliance Integration Team, and a member of the Culture of Integrity AdHoc Committee.
Jenn received her M.A. in Public Administration from Drake University and her B.S. and A.A. in Business from AIB College of Business in Des Moines, Iowa.
