Kevin serves as the Manager of Affiliate and Partnership Engagement at the Jobs for America’s Graduates National Office in Alexandria, Virginia. He is responsible for liaising between President Ken Smith, Executive Vice President Janelle Duray and the Council of State Affiliates, comprised of the leaders of state affiliate programs. Kevin manages and completes requests for technical assistance, marketing and collateral support, partnership development and state government affairs efforts.
In addition to his support of JAG’s executive team and State Affiliates, Kevin supports grant application and management processes, from proposal development to reporting, as well as partnership engagement for the advancement and development team.
Prior to joining the JAG National team, Kevin earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, including a minor in business, in 2017 from Auburn University where he was hired as an Administrative Assistant in the Board of Trustees Office upon graduation and completion of his collegiate football career. During his time there, Kevin assisted the Secretary of the Board in all event planning and Board and Committee relations while supporting the Executive Director of Public Affairs with advance logistics and speech writing for the President.
Kevin was born and raised in Greenwood, Mississippi, and he is the youngest of three boys.
In his spare time, you can find him at concerts around Washington, D.C., serving as a team-leader at Passion City Church DC, doing anything outdoors, and trying to keeping his athletic career alive by playing flag football on the National Mall.
