JAG National is soliciting proposals from qualified bidders to provide an expanded framework of the JAG
model to include Employer Engagement, Project-Based Learning, and a Trauma-Informed Care approach
to out-of-school time (OST) programs in urban and rural areas. The proposals must include the following
two implementation strategies: 1) OST programs at high school during afterschool hours, and 2)
community-based OST programs to reach opportunity youth (not in school nor working) that help them
complete high school, build employability competencies and gain work experience.
Request for Proposal (RFP) applications as well as an Intent to Bid form will also be available
immediately online at http://jagprd.wpenginepowered.com/request-for-proposals/. Intent to bid forms are important to
submit so that your organizational representative receives future communication regarding this bid
process including questions and answers during the process.

will be permitted regarding bidding specifications, and all proposers who wish to email questions are
