Even though Larry is retired, he serves as the Interim Director of Jobs for Kentucky’s Graduates with two primary objectives: (1) Secure public funding to support existing and establish new JAG Model programs in Kentucky; and (2) Establish a non-profit organization with a public-private board of directors to operate a statewide network of 100 JAG Model programs to serve young people with significant barriers to success who graduate from high school with career and college ready skills capable of pursuing a postsecondary education and/or achieving entry-level employment with career advancement opportunities.
