NATIONAL CAREER DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE
The National Career Development Conference (NCDC) is a national event held each annually as the highlight of year for every National Career Association member. The NCDC is an opportunity for all NCA members to participate in general sessions, competitive events, educational workshops, leadership development training, and college and career exploration. The NCDC also serves as a recognition opportunity for NCA members to demonstrate the competencies gained in the classroom through the NCA National Recognition and Competitive Events Program and participation in other NCDC activities.
NCA Members demonstrate their employability skills by participating in NCA’s Competitive Events Program.
NCA Members will participate in the NCA Leadership Training to attain 21st Century Skills in areas of collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity.
College + Career Exhibits
NCA invites industry partners, colleges, universities, and associations to participate in the NCA College + Career Expo to gain one-on-one experience with NCA Members.
NCA invites industry leaders and partners to share their professional, leadership, and knowledge with NCA Members as they prepare for their future.
NCA Business and Election of National Officers
The Annual Business Session of the NCA is held in conjunction with the NCDC each year. During this session, the annual business of the organization is addressed and the election of four National Student Officers are elected for a 1-year term.
