Call for Workshops
July 14-18, 2025 | Louisville, KY
JAG is currently seeking exceptional workshop presenters. Corporate partners, JAG Specialists, Managers, and Administrators are encouraged to submit proposals for “best practice” workshops focusing on specific topics aimed at enhancing the functionality of the JAG Advantage program and educational and industry practices.
Best Practices Workshops Should
- Spotlight and share updates from the 21st-century workplace.
- Spotlight quality JAG programs with replicable best practices
- Present cost-effective, innovative, creative, and tested solutions
- Provide handouts with additional information and resources for further study
Workshop Details
- Workshops will take place on July 16-17.
- Workshops are between 45 and 90 minutes in length. (Be sure to specify your preferred length in your registration form.)
- JAG will provide the following equipment upon request: LCD projector, screen, flip chart, and markers.
- Additional AV equipment, including a laptop, is the financial responsibility of the workshop presenter. You can purchase and arrange additional AV equipment directly with the AV company. Information on how to order and purchase additional equipment will be included in an email sent to you upon notification of your workshop being selected.
- All rooms will be set in rounds.
Workshop Proposal Guidelines
Submit a captivating workshop title with a 100-word description written in the third person to be included in the NTS app. Ensure the workshop is interactive and engaging. Be succinct in your description as to what the participants will be able to do having attended your workshop.

Honorarium & Registration Credits for Presenters
JAG will issue a $150 NTS registration credit or honorarium for each workshop presented at NTS.
- Workshop presenters must be registered for NTS.
- JAG will provide a $150 credit for each workshop accepted and presented.
- If there are two or more workshop presenters, JAG will divide the credit among the presenters as requested by the lead presenter.
- The presenter must submit an invoice to JAG by July 31 in order to receive the workshop credit by honorarium check. Invoices received after July 31 will not be accepted.
- Invoices need to include the presenter’s name(s) and the address where the payment should be mailed.
- Invoices can be submitted to Katherine Travis. Instructions will be sent to accepted presenters.
