Registration 

Opens: April 16, 2025 

Closes: June 9, 2025 

Fees: 

• • Full NTS, includes JAG Launchpad (Monday – Friday) – $799 

• • NTS ONLY (Wednesday – Friday) – $699 

• • Guests – $350 

Meals Included in Registration: 

Attendees are Responsible for the Following Expenses: 

• • Hotel room costs, including taxes & fees 

• • Meals not listed above 

• • Transportation to and from the host city (i.e. airline, bus, or train tickets)  

• • Transportation to and from the hotel 

Guest Registration 
For conference participants traveling with family members or guests, a meal-ticket-only option is available for $350 to cover the costs of included meals. Guests may participate in meal functions and attend the award presentations only. 

Payments 
The online registration link will provide an option for online credit card payment through PayPal at the time of registration or an option to be invoiced for check or cash payments.

Payments will not be accepted onsite and walk-up registration is not available for JAG Launchpad or NTS. 

Refunds and Cancellations 

Refunds will be processed on all cancellations received in writing by June 9 at 5:00 PM EDT, excluding a $25 administrative fee. Due to meeting costs, no portion of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations after June 9. Substitutions are allowable until 12:00 PM EDT on June 9, during registration. For meeting cancellations, please contact events@jag.org.
