Flamingo Hotel Check-in Process

Check-in Process:

The Flamingo Las Vegas hotel employs a convenient kiosk check-in system for guests to obtain their room keys. While hotel staff are available at the front desk, their capacity is limited, potentially resulting in long wait times. Thus, we highly recommend using the Express Check-in Kiosks for a quicker experience.

When utilizing the kiosks, ensure you have:

  • Your guest reservation confirmation number;
  • Valid government ID,
  • Credit card that was used to book the reservation.

Mobile Express Check-in: To further expedite the process, guests have the option of Mobile Express Check-in. On the morning of your arrival date, you’ll receive an email inviting you to initiate mobile check-in or use the provided QR code.

Guest Room Payment

If you’re paying for your guest room with a credit card, please have the card used for booking ready during check-in. Please note that your card will be charged an incidental fee upon check-in and released back into your account between 7-10 business days.

For reservations paid with a credit card that you won’t have on hand during check-in, please complete the Individual Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it to the hotel at least 10 days before your arrival date.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not accept checks as on-site payment. If you prefer to pay by check, please reach out to Renee Raster-Collins at rraster@caesars.com as soon as possible.

Checks must be sent to the following address, and the group code (SFJAG4) must be included in the memo line.
