Jennifer Cunningham is Vice President, Human Resources for Archer Daniels Midland. In that role, she is responsible for leading HR within the Carbohydrate Solutions, Ag Services and Oilseeds and Global Operations business areas; she also has oversight for global talent acquisition and employee labor relations.
ADM is one of the world’s largest agricultural processors and food ingredient providers, with approximately 40,000 employees serving customers in nearly 200 countries. With a global value chain that includes approximately 450 crop procurement locations, more than 330 food and feed ingredient manufacturing facilities, 62 innovation centers and the world’s premier crop transportation network, we connect the harvest to the home, making products for food, animal feed, industrial and energy uses.
Cunningham is a member of ADM’s Human Resources Leadership Team. She reports to ADM Chief Human Resources Officer, Jennifer Weber.
Cunningham has more than 20 years of experience in human resources. During her time with ADM, she has served in a wide variety of human resource roles, most recently as vice president, Total Rewards, HR Corporate and Diversity. Past roles include director, Corporate Human Resources, HR administration and HR manager at the operations level.
Jennifer’s human resources experience, combined with her leadership acumen, provides for an excellent partnership with ADM’s corporate executives, her colleagues and business leaders, utilizing her expertise to improve each area of her responsibility.
Cunningham earned her Bachelor degree in business management from the University of Illinois-Springfield. She is ADM’s representative for several organizations and boards.
