Natalie has a passion for working with underrepresented populations and underserved populations. She has been able to use non-profit and education organizations to fulfill those passions . From 2011-2016, Natalie worked for Wichita State University in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, where she served as the Retention Coordinator supporting students of color and first-generation students in their transition to higher education. This is also where she found her love for training, as she created and facilitated trainings on diversity, equity, and inclusion for the campus and wichita community.
In 2016, she was introduced to Jobs for America’s Graduates through JAG-Kansas, as a Career Specialist. Natalie found herself always helping, training, and mentoring her fellow colleagues, so it was only natural when she became the Coordinator of Training in 2019, and a few months later the Director of Training.
In 2023, Natalie pivoted and became the Director of Employee Engagement and Development at Prairie View Behavioral Health. However, she found herself missing the fire education and JAG brought her. She now serves as the Learning Solutions Coordinator and Coach overseeing Headrush and supporting our many users including students, specialists, affiliates, and business partners. She couples her love for empowering and teaching people with her desire to bring about change to revolutionize the Headrush space!
