Parliamentarian, JAG Career Association
Dair Anlyn Grubb
Nashville, Tennessee
Dair Anlyn Grubb, a senior at James Lawson High School in Nashville, Tennessee, serves as the National Parliamentarian for the 2025–2026 JAG Career Association. With a passion for leadership, marine science, and community service, Dair is driven by a deep sense of purpose and a desire to inspire others through action.
Dair joined JAG in her senior year when her counselor introduced her to JAG Specialist Mrs. Alisha Sheely—a turning point that led to powerful academic, personal, and professional growth. She quickly embraced leadership opportunities, serving as Vice President of Social Media and Outreach for both her local chapter and for JAG Tennessee. Her experience at the 2024 National Student Leadership Academy solidified her belief in the strength of youth leadership and the lasting connections formed through JAG.
“Every student matters, and your voice is powerful for the action of change,” Dair says. “I want to lead by example and show that no matter where you come from, you can shape your future.”
Outside of JAG, Dair is a standout student and leader—an AP Scholar, National Honor Society inductee, DAR Good Citizen of the Year, and a state-level competitor in HOSA. She plans to attend Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida to major in Marine Science, with the ultimate goal of becoming a marine mammologist at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, rescuing and rehabilitating marine mammals.
As National Parliamentarian, Dair ensures officer meetings and national conferences follow Robert’s Rules of Order, while advising the President and advocating for student voice. Her goals include strengthening peer leadership, building lasting connections, and inspiring students to lead with confidence and empathy.
