Alexander Star

Alexander Star is an Emmy-nominated independent recording artist, songwriter, and performer from South Florida whose music has appeared everywhere from Super Bowl campaigns and the United Nations to international primetime TV themes and artist features. A voting member of the Recording Academy, he actively utilizes his role as a musician to fuel social impact. For 10+ years, he’s helped hundreds of teens in foster care write & record original music about their life experiences via his proprietary ‘Inner Glow’ songwriting sessions.

Johnny Taylor

Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., is President and Chief Executive Officer of SHRM. He was recently named one of the “300 Most Influential Executives in Corporate America” by Savoy Magazine and recognized on the “Virginia 500 Power List” by Virginia Business. Mr. Taylor’s career spans more than 20 years as a lawyer and executive, serving at IAC, Paramount Pictures, Blockbuster Entertainment Group, and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, among other organizations. He serves on the corporate boards of XPO, Inc.; Flores HR; and Guild Education and previously served on the White House American Workforce Policy Advisory Board and as chairman of the President’s Advisory Board on Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the first Trump administration. Mr. Taylor writes a weekly column, “Ask Johnny,” in USA Today and is a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

Dr. Jamila T. Davis is a nationally recognized youth empowerment leader, author, and social impact strategist dedicated to helping young people turn their stories into purpose and power. As the creator of the Boss Up Teen Entrepreneurship Program, she has helped students across the country launch businesses, publish books, and develop real leadership skills that extend beyond the classroom. Through her work in education, entrepreneurship, and community leadership, Dr. Davis creates spaces where youth voices are valued, creativity becomes currency, and students learn how to build their own pathways to success. Her mission is simple: equip the next generation with the tools, mindset, and confidence to lead.
