JAG is pleased to recognize High Performers and 5-of-5 Award Recipients across the JAG National Network at the 2022 National Training Seminar.
High Performers
CSA Representatives may submit a maximum of three (3) nominees and the appropriate documentation for the JAG High Performer Awards. High Performers may be recognized in the following JAG Model operational and program areas:
- Outstanding Stakeholders
- Senior Program
- Multi-Year Program
- Alternative Education Program
- Out-of-School/High School Completion Program
- Middle School Program
5-of-5 Award Recipients
The JAG National 5-of-5 Award Recipients recognizes the highest-achieving states, regions, and programs in the National Network. An e-NDMS report and documentation is required for each 5-of-5 Award Recipient submission
The deadline for the High Performers and 5-of-5 Award Recipients award submissions is June 1. All Award Recipients will receive recognition during a general session at the 2022 NTS.
